Recently, Taylor (our rockstar CSM) and I began conducting interviews and conversations with current ambassadors using CrewFire on behalf of some of our brand customers.
Our aim was to gain a deeper understanding of the experience and thinking of ambassadors in our ecosystem, so we can best serve them.
The conversations have been so delightful and fun, we thought we'd share with you today.

Why We Do Ambassador Interviews
Here at CrewFire, our goal is to empower brands and their communities to connect and grow together.
Sitting at the intersection of brands and their communities - it's critical that we build with the interests and feedback from both stakeholders in mind.
And since there's no brand success without ambassador success - at the end of the day, it really comes down to serving the ambassadors with a rewarding and engaging experience that keeps them delighted and coming back for more.
Knowing that, we began conducting ambassador interviews to better understand their experience using CrewFire.
Meet Mayra and VITAE Apparel
VITAE Apparel is a woman-owned Canadian fitness apparel brand that provides its customers with a hybrid of high-performing, competitive level athletic apparel but with modern and contemporary fashion.
The brand wants its customers to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered when they wear Vitae clothing, both inside and outside of the gym!
Vitae focuses on creating a community of supportive, motivated, and loving women that encourage each other to achieve their personal, fitness, and wellness goals.
And that is what attracted Mayra Mejía to their ambassador program initially. She told us that the community is extremely supportive and exudes positive energy.
Mayra has been an ambassador for Vitae since early 2021, and has been enjoying herself since day one!

I really appreciate this community of women that are like-minded individuals, they are very positive, very loving, they have so much energy and we are out here in this sisterhood during covid and still supportive of each other and our goals
UX is really important to me, and that's why CrewFire is so fire, it keeps me coming back to the platform - I kid you not I check it 20 times a day! It's probably a lowkey obsession but it's that good!

We knew going in that these ambassador conversations were going to be incredibly rewarding and valuable, but we honestly had NO expectation that the feedback was going to be this positive.
Hearing from Mayra and others how rewarding and meaningful their experience with CrewFire (and VITAE!) was extremely energizing, inspiring, and motivating for us.
