CrewFire Product Update: Klaviyo Update, Custom Text Feature, and More!

Another week, another round of new features that we are excited to share with you!

These features have been requested by several CrewFire customers and are finally live. 

Here are the new features you can look forward to in CrewFire:

  • Custom Event Coupon Codes
  • Custom Text Feature
  • Klaviyo Update
  • Date Picker on Referrals Page

Let's hop into it!

Custom Event Coupon Codes

If you head to the Referrals tab, you will see a new button at the top right-hand corner called "New Coupon Activity."

Once you click on that, you will be able to create custom coupon codes.

Fill out the following fields:

Including:

  • Campaign name
  • The prefix of the coupon
  • The discount
  • Any necessary instructions - this will show up under the referrals page on the ambassador side
  • The date you want the codes visible to ambassadors
  • The start and end date of the campaign

Once created, you will see a new tab for this specific campaign.

As the sales start to come in, you will be able to go into this section and check out all of your custom event coupon sales!

Custom Text Feature

Many CrewFire customers asked if they could customize specific pieces of texts that show up in the ambassador portal.

You can now customize various text types under the Customization tab in your CrewFire profile.

You can find the custom text feature right under the custom CSS box.

These are the different types of text you can customize.

When you fill out the boxes here:

The updated text will reflect here on the ambassador side under Activities:

As an admin, you can make manual changes for points and commission for any ambassador. The default text on the ambassador's side is 'manual change' as seen below:

But in the box below, you can customize that text to whatever you want.

Here is an example of the text we customized:

Klaviyo Update

We have updated our Klaviyo integration. With the new Klaviyo integration, you will have more options for segmenting your ambassadors and creating more defined lists.

If you haven't already, go ahead and integrate your Klaviyo account using the following instructions. You will need to have your Klaviyo account integrated to start creating new lists and segments with this update.

Under the Integrations page in CrewFire, you will be able to find your Klaviyo integration. With the new upgrade, you can now select "Manage" and choose from a drop-down list of your segments or lists.

Here are a few lists and segment examples that we created to add our ambassadors to.

You can go into your Klaviyo account, make a new list or segment, and then connect that list to CrewFire.

After this is all set up, every new ambassador brought onto your team will be automatically added to this list.

Date Picker for Referrals

Under the referrals section in your CrewFire account, you will now find two new updates:

  • A date picker to filter orders made during a given period
  • Multiple pages so you can see your whole history of orders

Before, we had a page limit of 100, so admins couldn't see their entire history of orders.

But now, admins can sort by a specific date range or scroll to the bottom and view multiple pages to see all of their orders.
