We have been pumping out some awesome new features for CrewFire customers over the past month, and we can finally share them with you today!
Thanks in part to our new developer, Stefan, and along with CrewFire's CTO, Frederic, we now have new integrations available, as well as other product improvements that will make your time using CrewFire much more enjoyable and streamlined.
The New CrewFire Features Include:
- WooCommerce integration
- Klaviyo integration
- Custom CSS
- Sortable fields
- File uploads on singup form
- Custom referral text

Without further ado, let's get into it!
We now offer WooCommerce integration! This is going to be huge for affiliate and referral tracking for CrewFire customers on WooCommerce.
It's extremely easy to set up, all you have to do is make a new API key. Find this by going to WordPress Admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> REST API -> New Key.
Fill in the following:
Hit 'Generate API Key" and send us the key. We will integrate the rest for you! For more details, head here: WooCommerce Integration Doc
This is a big one. We are excited to announce we now integrate with Klaviyo! This is great for Shopify customers and anyone that is on CrewFire and uses Klaviyo.
The feature will be live this week, but here is a preview of how you can integrate CrewFire with Klaviyo:
Head over to the NEW integrations page (more integrations to come shortly as well!)
Select Klaviyo and put in the integration API key.
And you're done!

Please note that any current CrewFire customers will be able to integrate their Klaviyo account but won't be able to sync already existing ambassadors in the system. The integration will work for all new ambassadors brought onto the team.
Custom CSS Field
Some CrewFire customers had asked for the ability to add custom CSS to their accounts so that they can customize CrewFire to represent their brand.
So, we created a custom CSS field! You can find it in your settings under customization.

Sortable Fields on Ambassador Table
We added sortable fields on the ambassador table. You can now sort by name (alphabetical), earnings, points, or join date.
We implemented this feature to provide admins with an easier time going through their ambassador list.
File Upload Available for the Signup Form
You now have the option of uploading a file on your application.
This feature will be helpful for admins to have a more intense vetting process when selecting ambassadors to bring onto their team.
Custom Referral Text
For all brand, the standard text on the referral page in the ambassador portal is:
But some CrewFire customers said that they wanted to add additional text that will give more clarity as to how referrals work.
So, we added a custom text field for referrals. You can find it in your setting under customization at the bottom of the page.
