We have been working on shipping a few new features and we are happy to announce they are all live in CrewFire!
We shipped five new features that we know will make your time using CrewFire that much easier, streamlined, and enjoyable.
Here are the new features that we just shipped:
- Zapier Integration
- Completed Order Notifications for Ambassadors
- Custom Engagement Help Text
- Last Activity Date on Ambassador Table
- CSV Export for Referral Data

Zapier Integration
We are excited to announce that we now offer a Zapier integration! The integration is in beta but will be live next week.
You will be able to find the integration under the Integration Tab in your CrewFire account.

You will be able to create two types of triggers:
- New applicant/ambassador
- New posts - in the Community Tab and new submissions
If you would like to try the integration with the beta version of the Zapier integration, get in touch with us, and Customer Success will set you up.
Completed Order Notifications
We will now send notifications to ambassadors once a brand has completed their order. This way, they will be able to stay up to date on receiving their reward!
Once an admin completes a reward order for an ambassador, we will send them an email or SMS notification informing them that their order is on the way.
Ambassadors will receive the following notification:

Allow Customized Engagement Help Text
You can now customize the text that appears in the Engagement Tab under the Ambassador Portal.
Currently, the default text says:

But many CrewFire customers asked if they could customize this text to give more information and to provide ambassadors with expectations for Engagement Activities.
You can find the Engagement Help Text field under customization in your account settings.

Last Activity Date on Ambassador Table
You are now able to see the most recent activity date for all of your ambassadors. You can find the last activity date on the main ambassador table under the Ambassador Tab.

We added the last activity field to help brands better assess which of their ambassadors are active and which are inactive.
This will better help brands clear out inactive ambassadors.
CSV Export for Referral Data
You can now export your referral data to a CSV file.

You can find the option to export under the Referrals Tab.
