Hey folks – a bunch of product updates have shipped to CrewFire in the last few weeks, including a totally revamped sign-up flow for team members, multiple photos for campaigns, rankings export, and more.
Here’s the rundown
We have completely redesigned the onboarding workflow for new team members, emphasizing connecting to social media as an integral part of the sign up flow.
Previously, after signing up, team members would have to navigate to the “Connect Social Media” page if they wanted to connect their social media accounts. This lead to low numbers of complete sign-ups.
The new sign-up flow will get more of your team members connecting social, so you can leverage a larger combined audience on your combines.
Managers can now upload multiple photos to campaigns, that team members can choose from when they create the post.
This way, when you send a campaign, you don’t have to have dozens, hundreds, or thousands of people posting the same exact image.
(And yes, we’ve heard you! Soon, your team members will be able to use their own images entirely. Stay tuned.)
By common request, managers can now export the rankings page as a CSV file.
It’s 2017, and it’s not social media with emoji. CrewFire now supports copying and pasting emoji into campaigns. 😍😊🔥😘
We’ve updated the tables on the People page to be adjustable width columns, so you can tweak the view to your liking.
