Today we’re excited to introduce a completely redesigned CrewFire website.
The beautiful new design and intuitive workflow will make hitting your goals with CrewFire even easier as you ramp up your marketing efforts, just in time for the upcoming holiday season. Read the rest of the blog post to see what improvements we’ve made, or let our our CEO Alan give you a walkthrough by watching the short video below.
We know that marketers don’t have the time to endlessly sift through data to find the numbers that actually matter. That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to check on how your campaigns are doing. The new design is cleaner, easier to use and you’ll see the stats you really care about (comments, likes, clicks, reach, etc.) right away.
Your team key metrics are now accessible at a glance. Admins are able to quickly check how many team members they have as well as their combined social reach on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We’ve also added the option to export team data in CSV format and to invite new members to join your team via email.
The web interface is now fully optimized and responsive for mobile, which was arguably one of the most requested features by our users. We’re happy to announce that starting today you can access all of CrewFire from a beautiful, mobile friendly view.
Our users continue to push the envelope with new and bold marketing strategies and their tools need to be as flexible as they are. That’s why you can now decide how many points you want your team to earn for each post, like, re-share, comment or click for each post individually.
The new rankings page allows you to identify your most active and effective team members even faster that before. We’ve also added a wide array of new features, such as the ability to find specific team members by searching for their email and sorting the ranking by points/posts. You can even find out who your top performers were during any given time period by using the new sleek calendar widget.
Even though we just redesigned the entire CrewFire experience, we have a lot more coming in the next few weeks. Look forward to features such as an activity feed, a powerful stats dashboard and much more!
That’s all for today, but we’re already hard at work on our next round of updates. As always, we’ll be listening closely to your feedback.
We’ve distilled years of brand ambassador marketing experience to show you how to start, run, and manage an effective brand ambassador program for your company.
