We have an exciting announcement! CrewFire has been acquired by BrandChamp, one of the leading providers of ambassador marketing software. We will be joining forces with the goal of being the leading ambassador marketing platform available on the market today.
We know that this might come as a surprise, but we are certain that our customers will absolutely love BrandChamp and all that it can offer its ambassadors and how it can help them scale their program.

BrandChamp was founded in 2016, and they have helped thousands of brands create incredible programs and helped even more ambassadors earn more while working with their favorite brands. BrandChamp has helped these brands produce more user-generated content, build tight-knit communities, and build six to eight-figure ambassador programs.
One of the major plus sides to this acquisition is that there are features our customers have asked for that we currently don’t have that BrandChamp offers. A few of these features include:
- Advanced referral commission rates and discount codes based on teams
- White labeled platform and customizable email notifications (everything will come directly from your brand!)
- Rewards catalog that integrates with your ecommerce store to automate issuing rewards
- Competitive pricing plans that grow with your program
BrandChamp will also be adding some of the beloved CrewFire features to its platform.
As part of the acquisition, BrandChamp will be rolling out a new community feature. The community feature is one of the best features CrewFire has to offer, and now, BrandChamp will offer it too! Greater community engagement leads to more referral sales and increased customer lifetime value, which are vital to business success.
